This facilitated movement research session designed to connect us to the pleasure in our technique through rigorous curiosity. Infusing deep anatomical investigation with exploratory risk, we work to blur the boundary between sensation and execution, experience and performance, training and play. Drop-ins welcome at any time.

Grab a cup (and/or a taco) with us after class on Tuesdays and share what you’ve been working on, meet new artists, and build some community time into your weekly schedule. Bring flyers, cards, questions, announcements, and stay connected.
