Clay studied dance with a diverse range of artists, including Samandra Knail, Heather Nicholas, Melissa Robinson, Tamara Wilkins, and Dorrell Martin. He danced competitively in high school and went on to train with the Edge Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles. He has choreographed in Houston, taught master classes for American Dance & Drill Team and Showbiz National Talent, and performed with J&D Entertainment and LEON Dance Arts. He has also taught and choreographed for children’s theater and performed in musical theater productions including Guys and Dolls, Singin’ in the Rain, and Legally Blonde.
